During our stay in Olympia we went to an air show at the Olympia Regional Airport. Some of the planes came right over us.

On my 70th birthday we went to Percival Landing. We had a delicious meal...mixed seafood grill... at the Budd Bay Cafe. John surprised me with a slice of cake to share.

We always enjoy visiting the huge Farmers Market in Olympia. The cherries and blueberries were delicious.

One day we went to the Nisqually Wildlife Refuge. We were amazed to see blue frogs. There are numerous boardwalks and a trail out to Puget Sound.

We enjoyed some Dixieland Jazz music at the America's Classic Jazz Festival at St. Martin's University. Many people dress up in 40's style clothing and dance to the bands.

Tumwater Falls Park is a small urban park in Olympia. The old Olympia Brewing Co. was located here. There is also a fish hatchery and a garden.

Another day we had lunch down town where several food trucks park. We ate schwarma sandwiches at Ninevah Assyrian. After lunch we enjoyed walking around the Capitol.
